Are purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are final sale due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our letters.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll happily make it right — just contact us.
Can I purchase just one letter, or do I have to buy a subscription?
You can absolutely try just one letter!
We offer:
Single Letters (a one-time magical experience)
12-Letter Subscriptions (one per month)
24-Letter Subscriptions (twice per month)
There is no commitment unless you choose a subscription.
When will I get my letter?
Your first letter ships within 1–2 business days.
After that, subscription letters are mailed on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.
Delivery times vary by location, but most letters arrive within:
Canada: 3–6 business days
U.S.: 1–2weeks
Do you offer tracking?
Tracking is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.
Because tracked mailing is more expensive, we let you decide whether to add it.
If you choose no tracking, your letters will be sent through standard lettermail.
What if my letter doesn’t arrive?
If your letter hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
First, please allow:
7 business days within Canada
2 weeks for U.S. addresses
If your letter still hasn’t arrived after this time, simply contact us and we will send a replacement letter at no extra cost.
If you chose tracked shipping, we will use your tracking number to locate your item or issue a replacement if needed.
Our priority is making sure the magic reaches your mailbox. ✨
We do not offer refunds for our letters because they are custom-made , however, if you do not receive your letter for any reason, please contact us and we will gladly resend you a new one

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
